BARRY HUNT - has over three decades worth of experience as a performer in a broad selection of genres including rock, blues, folk, reggae, country, comedy and even cabaret. Having recently returned to appearing solo with an acoustic guitar, he also chose to go back and relearn his song-writing techniques by completing an MA in Songwriting at Bath Spa University. This has enabled him to re-capture his writing muse and has compelled him to complete an album of all new songs for late 2010, with plenty of songs remaining for another one in 2011.
His speciality is to write and perform his own material with passion and expression along with imaginative covers of great songs from the last 40 years. Accompanying himself on an acoustic guitar held left-handed and upside down is a feat that never fails to challenge any musicians in his audiences.
He has performed at festivals all over the UK including Sidmouth, Bridgnorth, St Ives, and Birmingham Artsfest while his travels abroad have seen him playing in Germany, Ireland, Corfu and the Canary Islands.
His voice has recently been compared to Chris Rea, Sugs from Madness, Clive Gregson, Clifford T Ward and Gary Moore – they would make an interesting choir!
With Barrys’ material varying from gentle ballads to rocky blues, and including a delicate splash of humour, you are guaranteed a highly entertaining experience.

“ ….. a writer of rare insight and a performer of some note ….. sharp and incisive lyrics ……. songs of the first order ……. a gem of observation …. “

Helping out Mike Silver & Johnny Coppin with bookings as well.  Mike and Johnny are available as a duo or individually.  Both awesome singer/songwriters with great testimonies from the likes of Ralph McTell and Steve Knightley. Seeing them live as duo Coppin & Silver is a double whammy! Mike and Johnny really need no introduction!  Both of them hold songwriting and performances workshops periodically too.

Black Jack Davey - Irish multi-instrumentalist, lists himself as celtic/comedy/folk.  A gig watching Davey is a unique experience!  Guaranteed to have the audience hopping and bopping.  A few years ago Davey left the band he was in – Wylde Green - to follow his dream of surfing, which he did for several years all over the world supported by performing his songs.
